Full payment is required to initiate work.
Once formulation begins, all payments are non‑refundable due to labor, materials, and custom development.

Revisions

Your tier includes the number of refinement rounds listed above.
Additional refinement rounds are billed per round.
Revision requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your sample(s).

Creative Scope

Bespoke is interpretive by nature. Your commission is built to align with your direction, while still reflecting the perfumer’s craft and standards.

Formula Ownership / Intellectual Property

All bespoke compositions remain the property of WELL DONE BESPOKE PERFUMERY unless rights are explicitly purchased (written agreement + fee).

Unauthorized duplication or commercial replication is prohibited. Exclusivity

Your bespoke fragrance is made uniquely for you. However, scent structures, techniques, and materials may be revisited in future works unless exclusivity is purchased as a separate agreement.

Safety + Standards

All materials are used in compliance with safety standards (including IFRA alignment where applicable), and compositions may include premium naturals and high‑grade aroma molecules.

Final Sale

Because this is a custom commission, all bespoke creations are final sale once the final composition is approved and produced.
